Our Story

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.”
— Jeremiah 3:15

How it all started...

The Whole Word Christian Church began with a simple but powerful burden: to see a church that teaches and lives the whole Word of God without compromise.

In  April 2026, Pastor Jerry, along with a small group of like-minded believers, felt a clear call from the Lord to plant a new fellowship in the Newnan area. Tired of shallow Christianity and selective Bible teaching, they desired a church where the entire Scripture — both Old and New Testaments — is honored, where the seventh-day Sabbath is kept as a delight, and where God’s appointed Holy Days are celebrated as shadows pointing to Jesus Christ.

What started as a small prayer meeting and Bible study in a dining room grew into a committed launch team. These early believers shared a common vision: to build a Christ-centered, multigenerational church that truly lives the SABBATH Way.

Expanding the vision...

As the Lord continued to confirm this calling, the vision expanded beyond just keeping the Sabbath. The team realized God was calling them to something deeper — a church built on four strong pillars: Truth, Prayer, Discipleship, and Service.

They began to dream of a community where:
  • People are transformed by the full truth of Scripture
  • Prayer is the heartbeat of everything they do
  • Believers are intentionally discipled into Christlikeness
  • The love of Christ is shown through practical service to the community

This vision led to the formal launch of The Whole Word Christian Church, Inc. What began as a small group of passionate believers is now growing into a living testimony of God’s faithfulness.

Where we are headed...

We are still in the early chapters of our story, but our eyes are fixed on the future with great expectation. We are prayerfully preparing for our first public Sabbath services in December 2026. Our goal is not just to have a church — but to be a beacon of light in the Newnan, Tyrone, Peachtree City, and Fairburn area.

Looking ahead, we see:
  • A growing, vibrant congregation that loves God’s Word
  • Strong families and healthy discipleship relationships
  • Powerful outreach that meets both spiritual and practical needs
  • A permanent home where we can worship, grow, and serve together for generations to come

Most importantly, we see a church that brings glory to Jesus Christ as we Live the SABBATH Way — Scripture First, Adore Christ, Build Believers, Bless Others, Announce the Kingdom, Together in Unity, and Holy & Hopeful Living.
